Ingredients:

3 kg beef

250 gm yogurt

Salt 2 Tbsp

2 Tsp red chilli powder

2 Tbsp gram flour (besan)

Cumin powder 1Tsp

1 Tsp carom seeds

1 Tbsp black pepper powder

1/2 Tsp mustard powder

2 tbsp National Chilli garlic sauce

5-6 garlic cloves Cloves, black pepper, cinnamon & bay leaves.
